I would never thought to look for craft items at a Tuesday Morning store, someone suggested it and this afternoon I bought....4 stamps at .99 ea, a large stack of double sided scrap paper for $1.99, a sticker set .99 and ink pad for .99...all were familiar brand names. I was thrilled.

Either did I until a couple of years ago when it opened up here.
Its sort of like a discount store that carries overstocks. I don't visit it often but someone on another board mentioned it . I would google it and see if theres one in your area. It would be worth it.
