Hi Chelie,
I posted this information in another thread - its a listing of Graphics Editing Software Programs that are compatible with Vista. I can't give ya any advice on whats easiest. I like Microsoft's Digital Image program - I find it the most user friendly. Microsoft has discontinued the line, but it can still be found online at places such as Ebay and Amazon.
Take a look at the list - there's lots that are compatible with Vista, and you may find a free trial to download for some of them to try out for 30days.
Good Luck. ----------------------------------------------------------
Here’s a site with their own listing of software Vista compatibility information
I have copied and will paste here the pages list of graphics software compatible with Vista

LibMary, as always, you are just so AWESOME! Thank you for posting this link and copy and pasting....
You will chuckle, I was telling my DH that I would have to get an upgraded version of Paint Shop Pro (I have PSP 7 and 9) if he wanted to switch my computer to Vista. So guess what he is doing right now?! He is buying me a newer version (maybe for Christmas....:) ) How COOL! I've been work really hard to learn PSP...and doing pretty well...so far. Now I'll have to figure the newer version out but I am sure it will come to me! :) Sooooooo Thank you SO VERY MUCH!!! HUGSSS!
